Thomas W. Jeffries, Ph.D., Prof. Emeritus
Dr. Jeffries has accumulated more than 35 years of experience as a Senior Scientist in the USDA and as a Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a recognized expert in microbial physiology, biochemistry and metabolic engineering of yeasts. Jeffries has published more than 165 peer reviewed papers and reviews.
He gained significant experience as an expert witness in patent litigation for industrial process and products. He has served as a consultant for industrial yeast processes, as an advisor in due diligence and in troubleshooting plant operations.
